We produce in small runs; quantities are limited. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images due to lighting and display settings. We may discontinue or change products without notice.

Prices are listed in ZAR (South African Rand) unless stated otherwise and include/exclude VAT as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order (e.g., due to stock, suspected fraud, or pricing errors). A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email.

6. Payment
We accept {cards / PayFast / PayPal / Apple Pay / etc.}. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected method. Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch times and carriers are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

9. User Content & Conduct
If you submit reviews or content, you grant PACS a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display it. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or attempt to interfere with site security.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the site—including trademarks, logos, product designs, text, imagery, and graphics—is owned by or licensed to PACS and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers
The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PACS will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, loss of profits, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold PACS harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Cape Town, subject to any consumer protection rights that apply.
