Shipping Policy
Effective date: 12 November 2025
1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Pre-order items will display estimated dispatch windows on the product page.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship domestically within South Africa via The Courier Guy. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free shipping thresholds (if any) will be shown at checkout.
3. Delivery Estimates
Domestic: 1–5 business days after dispatch.
International: 5–14 business days after dispatch (customs may extend this).
Timelines are estimates; carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
4. Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order leaves our studio.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
Recipients are responsible for any import duties, VAT, and fees imposed by the destination country. PACS is not responsible for carrier or customs delays.
6. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Undeliverable or refused packages may be returned to us; re-shipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is missing or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at {hello@pacs.co.za} with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll open a carrier investigation and assist with replacement or refund per the outcome and stock availability.
8. Split Shipments
To avoid delays, we may ship items separately at no extra cost if part of your order is ready earlier.
