Refund Policy
Effective date: 12 November 2025
1. Return Window
We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. To request a return authorisation, email info@pacs.wtf with your order number.
2. Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging included. The following are not returnable: final-sale items, gift cards, personalised items, and undergarments or socks for hygiene reasons.
3. Exchanges
For size or fit exchanges, state the desired size in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability; if the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund as set out in Section 5.
4. Return Shipping
For domestic returns, we can provide a prepaid label. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. Please mark the parcel as “returned goods” to avoid import charges.
5. Refunds
Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or to store credit if you choose, within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. Where confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with remedies under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
7. Return Process
Email info@pacs.wtf to obtain an RMA and instructions. Pack items securely and include your order number. Ship using the provided label or your own tracked service. Keep proof of postage until your return has been processed.
8. Gifts
Items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you may be refunded to store credit.
